Signs your system needs attention

• Not cooling or heating like it used to, or weak airflow
• Unusual noises, rattles or vibration
• Water dripping from the indoor unit
• Bad or musty smells when running
• Error codes or flashing lights on the unit
• Tripping electrics or frequent shutdowns

Caught early, most of these are quick, inexpensive fixes. Left alone, they tend to become compressor or circuit-board failures — the expensive end of the scale. If you spot any of the above, it's worth a call sooner rather than later.

How we handle repairs

Sometimes a repair isn't the right answer. If a system is old, inefficient and on its third fault, we'll tell you straight and price both options so you can decide. What we won't do is keep patching something that's costing you money.

Business & priority callouts

For commercial customers, a breakdown costs trade. Our maintenance-contract clients get priority response when something goes wrong — if cooling matters to your business, ask us about a contract.
